4. Content, Public Data & Knowledge Panels

Your Content

You retain ownership of the information you submit. By using Search Alpha, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and promote Service.

Public Nature of the Service

Search Alpha is designed to build public professional visibility. By submitting information, you acknowledge that your profile is intended for public indexing, discovery, and reference by third-party platforms, including search engines and AI systems.

Knowledge Panels & Third-Party Platforms

Search Alpha does not own, control, or claim rights to third-party knowledge panels, search engine profiles, or AI-generated representations.

Any knowledge panel or similar entity that appears in external platforms (e.g., Google Knowledge Panels) is governed entirely by those platforms.

Search Alpha may assist in structuring public data or identity signals that support eligibility for such panels.

Ownership or control of a knowledge panel exists only where it is formally claimed or managed directly by Search Alpha on behalf of a client, and only within scope explicitly agreed upon for that client.

Outside of such agreements, all third-party panels remain independent of Search Alpha.

5. Intellectual Property

The Search Alpha name, logo, Authority Badge, platform design, software, workflows, and automation systems are the exclusive property of Search Alpha. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse any proprietary components.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid Features

Certain features, including custom subdomains and advanced reputation widgets, require an active subscription.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before billing period ends.

Refunds

Due to immediate technical resources deployed upon activation, refunds are issued solely at our discretion, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." Search Alpha does not guarantee rankings, placements, or visibility outcomes on third-party platforms, as these are governed by independent algorithms and policies. Search Alpha is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Service, with or without notice, where necessary to protect platform security, integrity, or reputation, or where these Terms are violated.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
