These Terms of Service govern your use of Search Alpha and the public reputation management infrastructure we provide. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Search Alpha platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Search Alpha.
2. Service Description and Limitations
What We Provide
- Infrastructure to structure and manage your public identity.
- Tools to align your data with search engine indexing requirements.
- Analytics and monitoring of your public visibility state.
What We Do Not Guarantee
- We do not guarantee specific rankings on Google or any other search engine.
- We do not claim ownership or guarantee the creation of a Google Knowledge Panel. Knowledge Panels remain the property of Google.
- We do not guarantee specific outputs from AI language models.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of Search Alpha, you agree that you will not:
Impersonate
Provide false information or impersonate another person or entity.
Manipulate
Attempt to maliciously manipulate search engine algorithms or AI systems.
Violate Rights
Upload content that infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some aspects of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscriptions"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Search Alpha with accurate and complete billing information.
